Today, for the first time, Lincoln School participated in Global School Play Day. This idea was initially brought to our attention last year, and the planning for it kicked off this fall. We loved the idea of giving our children and staff a day to have a break, enjoy some fun together and just do things a little more unstructured that we usually get to.
We are proud to say that this day was a huge success! I want to thank our teachers and staff for how they embraced this idea and the students for their flexibility, kindness and respect for each other throughout the day. I also want to thank those who sent in items to share and our wonderful HSA for fulfilling classroom wish lists for extra games and supplies for this day and beyond.
We hope your children come home with lots of fun memories from this day and we look forward to participating in it for many years to come.

Your time, energy, and enthusiasm helped create an exciting and welcoming experience for our students, and it truly showed in their smiles and love of reading. Thank you to our HSA for bringing Eyes of the Wild to present during today’s Fun at Lunch. Students had a wonderful time meeting several fascinating animals and learning more about them. It was an engaging and memorable experience that sparked curiosity and excitement.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our entire school community for your generosity in supporting the Leaders for Life Academy Toy Drive. Because of your kindness, several of our students were able to pack up the van today with an incredible collection of donated toys. These gifts will help make the holiday season brighter and more special for many children. We are so proud of our students and grateful to our families and staff for coming together to make a meaningful difference.
