Final exams will be administered to students on the basis of assigned periods. Any classes that meet during an “odd time” (a mod 6-7 or 8-9 or 10-11) will have their exam administered during the exam time that falls to the earliest mod. For example, a mod 6-7 class will take their exam during the mod 5-6 block. If a student doesn’t have an exam during a scheduled exam period, they may stay home or leave campus.
Students cannot rearrange their final exam schedule. The only exceptions are documented legal, medical, religious or bereavement reasons. Please don’t send parent notes.
Please note that June 19th and 20th are make up days. Only students who have make up exams need to attend school on these days. On the 19th and 20th, seniors also need to report at the designated times for graduation rehearsal.
Important: make-up final exams may be scheduled only if a student produces a doctor's note. The doctor's note must be given to the Main Office.
