Miss Brianna Reggiani

Hello! My name is Miss Reggiani and I am excited about teaching First Grade at Washington Elementary again this year! I am passionate about education and teaching the whole child.  I consider myself a life-long learner and I am dedicated to ensuring all my students receive the best education possible.

I consider all my students my kids and make it a point to create a safe and inviting space for each child to walk into every morning.  I believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning through lessons designed to meet every student's needs and interests.  It is equally as important to me that students are happy and learn how to be a part of a community.  Overall, child development is a key element of all aspects of my classroom.

My Education:

I am currently in school for my second Masters in Educational Leadership at Montclair University. I received my Ed.MA in Special Education from Rutgers University in 2021, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  In 2017, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey with a duel major in Elementary Education and Art. My certifications include Elementary Education K-6,  Special Education and Art Education K-12.  One of my greatest future goals is to open an Arts integrated Summer program for children with disabilities.

Outside of the Classroom:

When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling, going to museums, painting, doing yoga, and spending time with my family.  My favorite museum is the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  I come from a family of teachers and frequently attend Professional Development workshops with my mother and brother, who both teach 2nd Grade.

This summer, I traveled to Italy for the first time with my fiance!

I can't wait to meet you!
