Welcome to Mr. Rosenthal's Class

I have been a Family and Consumer Science teacher in the Paterson Public School Disctric for 13 years. This is my first year teaching in James Caldwell Highschool. I am thankful and excited to to be able to share my knowledge with the great students of JCHS!

I will be teaching a basic Foods course, which will provide the necessary life skill to enable students to understand, demonstrate, and utilize the fundamental basics of cooking.

I will also be teaching a course in Interior Decorating. This class is designed to provide the students with an introduction to the important aspects of interior design. This class will be a Project Based Learning experience.
