"It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop."
My name is Lauren Crispino, and I am honored to be the instructional coach for Jefferson School. I graduated from Ramapo with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Caldwell University. Before the role of coach, I taught at Washington School of West Caldwell across grades two through five. I always loved taking on the challenge of switching grade levels and seeing education through a new lense of learning. Therefore, I jumped when I had the chance to take the role of coach and work with my colleagues across a school to engage in best instructional practices!
I also have the pleasure of working as the gifted and talented instructor for our identified students at Jefferson School. It is a wonderful opportunity to tap into a niche group of students and engage in a small group setting on project-based activities.
My current professional goal is to incorporate growth mindset and mindfulness practices into my daily practice with students and teachers.
