My name is Lauren Crispino, and I am thrilled to be back in third grade at Washington School where I started my career ten years ago.  I graduated from Ramapo with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Caldwell University. I'm proud to say I've had many roles within the CWC school district including grade levels 2-5 classroom teacher, instructional coach, coordinator of Basic Skills & Intervention, gifted and talented instructor, along with being a representative for a plethora of school and district committees.  I always love taking on the challenge of seeing education through a new lense of learning.  Therefore, I jump when new opportunities arise to help enhance the learning experience of our Caldwell-West Caldwell students!  That being said, my heart is truly in the classroom where I am able to have the personal relationships with my students where they understand the best learning is supposed to be hard, but I am right there with them to embrace and work through the struggle.

My current professional goal is to design lessons that allow students the opportunity to engage with struggle and persevere.
