The Bridge Center for Well-Being is offering several support groups this Spring (2016) for teens.You're Not Alone is a therapy group for teen girls. The goal of this group is to learn the benefits and techniques of mindfulness practice as a way to cope with stress and anxiety, in addition to processing an array of challenges that affect self-image, self-esteem and self-knowing in today's world.Self-Reflections is a peer-support group that is open to any teen who is interested in talking about stressors and coping strategies in a safe, nurturing in environment. This group will focus on getting communication and support from other teens.Please contact The Bridge Center for Well-Being directly for more information: 973-228-3000. The Bridge is a non-profit mental health agency that is located at 860 Bloomfield Avenue in West Caldwell.
