I am very proud to be teaching for the C-WC school district in the town in which I was born and raised. I graduated from JCHS in 2004 and attended Kean University, a local state school in Union, NJ. I studied for a degree in Health and Physical Education while playing for the Men's Lacrosse team during my four year stay. Throughout my life I have engaged in a variety of sports and activities that have helped me develop physically, mentally and socially into the person I am today. I am excited to explore the importance of overall health and wellness with my students and look forward to the upcoming school year!
