Recommended Reading for Parents and TeensThank you to the Livingston Parents Self-Help Support group for compiling a terrific reading list (click on link above) for parents of challenging tweens and teens. The link about lists books are which are available for loan through the Livingston Self-Help Support Group for participants.The Livingston Parents Self-Help Support group is a confidential and anonymous support group for parents. It is facilitated by parents for parents regarding raising children and teens who are not typical and who struggle with personal and familial challenges -- including, but not limited to, Substance Abuse. The Livingston Parents Self-Help Support group has been in existence for 30 years. Meetings are held at the Livingston Community and Senior Center in Multi-purpose Room 2 every Tuesday from 7:45 pm - 10:00 pm. Anyone is welcome to attend their meetings - which are free of charge.
