This is my 13th year teaching in the Caldwell-West Caldwell School District.  Every year has been exciting and memorable, as I have been lucky to teach such wonderful students. I truly enjoy being around such enthusiastic students, staff, and parents.

Here's a bit of information on my educational background.  I graduated from Ramapo College in May of 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  I then received my teaching certification from Caldwell College.  My certifications include P-3 and K-5.  I also attained a Master's Degree from Caldwell College in Curriculum and Instruction in May of 2009.

What you also might want to know about me is that I have two children at home, a son Logan, and a daughter Violet. They are the loves of my life, and I enjoy every minute I get to spend with them! They are already huge 49er and Mets fans.

In my classroom, I promote an atmosphere of safety, trust, and respect. I work hard to build a sense of community among my students, and I emphasize the idea of teamwork. I value cooperation and collaboration both in my classroom and as I work with my peers. I believe that great things can happen when we work together!
