Schools provide the following health screenings in accordance with Chapter 16 of the state guidelines:

• Blood Pressure, Height and Weight: K-12 annually
• Vision: Kindergarten, grades 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
• Hearing: K-3, grades 7 and 11
• Scoliosis: ages 10 and up every other year
