    The Music and More Booster Club is an organization that supports Caldwell - West Caldwell's music and performing arts programs.  Through your membership dollars and various fundraisers, Music and More is able to provide our performing arts students and faculty with financial support, performance wear, new instruments & equipment, meals & snacks for our performers, enrichment classes, music tours/trips, scholarships and more.  We welcome members from throughout our district (Grades k - 12), alumni, friends, and family.

    What is Music and More?

    Music & More is a booster club that supports the Caldwell/West Caldwell Music and Arts programs. Our Music and Arts programs are outstanding and our students and faculty are all shining stars!

    How can you help?

    There are so many ways you can help and many different opportunities are available - even an hour of your time can make a huge difference.

    If your child is in orchestra, band, chorus, musical productions, music/theatrical groups at GCMS or JCHS and other various music and arts programs in our district or you just love the arts - please consider helping!

    Volunteers Needed

    Have we mentioned that we can’t accomplish our goals without your help?? Whether you can provide help with one event or throughout the year, we have numerous and varied opportunities. It’s very rewarding to help with something that you know is benefiting your child.

     

    We are currently seeking:

    • Fundraising Committee Chair/Co-Chair –  Currently is Cathy Caragiulo . One or two parents to coordinate the various Music & More fundraising activities, including the Ashley Farms pie sale (Sept./Oct.), ),  fundraising events,  and 50/50s at our various concerts and events.
    • Hospitality Committee volunteers –  We will need lots of help on an event-by-event basis. If you’re interested in being on the hospitality team, please let us know. We can schedule you based on your availability.
    • Fall Drama Co-Chair and/or Spring Musical Co-Chair – We need a co-chair for these two committees to assist.   If you’re a parent of a freshman, sophomore or junior who plans to participate in the fall drama or spring musical, please sign up to help. You will help coordinate a team of volunteers to handle various aspects of the drama/musical, including costumes, hair and make-up, lobby décor, props, sets, and ticket sales.
    • Scholarship Committee Chair – Currently is Herbert Feakes,   Consider contacting me if you would like to help with the application and evaluation process for scholarship applicants in the spring.
