Students who return to school with stitches/ staples, casts, air casts, splints, crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, canes and immobilizers will not be admitted to school without a doctor’s note that includes:
- Diagnosis
- Restrictions for physical education and recess
- Confirmation from the physician that the student has been properly instructed in the use of crutches, wheelchair, cane or walker if this is applicable.
