Grover Cleveland Seventh Grade BandThe Grover Cleveland Seventh Grade Band meets twice a week. Seventh Grade Band is a graded subject which needs to be treated like any other class at Grover Cleveland Middle School. Grades are based on effort, participation, preparation, and attendance in music class (when the student is in school).
Performances are in December, March, and in the late Spring. The band also performs at an adjudicated festival toward the end of the school year. The Grover Cleveland Seventh Grade Band has always been awarded an "excellent" or "superior" rating. After performing at the festival, the students enjoy the remainder of the day at Dorney Park located in Pennsylvania.
Click here to listen to a short pod cast about why it's important for the students and parents to "stay to the end of the concert".
