    ABOUT ME

I received my Master's Degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey: Areas of concentration were Direct Clinical Practice, Families & Children.   Prior professional experience includes working at an Adolescent Inpatient/Outpatient psychiatric hospital in Summit, NJ.

Prior to being part of the James Caldwell High School Child Study Team, I provided school-based counseling services to all the students at Washington, Wilson, Jefferson, and Lincoln Elementary Schools. This service is a supportive type of counseling. It helps students with school related issues; such as bullying, self-esteem, making friends, and maintaining good relationships with their peers. I also incorporate social skills lessons into all the classrooms through-out the school year.

Aside from enjoying my work with the students; I love going to the beach, reading, walking, meditating and love spending time with my family.
