Miss Lange

Welcome! I am Miss Lange and I am very excited to work with your children this year as the Academic Interventionist at Wilson School! I am passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable learning environment for all students. My goal is to help guide students to develop a love of learning in order to become lifelong learners. As a teacher, my role is to facilitate learning and guide children in order to have the best possible learning experience and reach their fullest potential!

I graduated from William Paterson Univeristy in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Psychology. In 2020, I graduated from Caldwell University with a Master of Arts degree in Literacy Instruction and obtained a Reading Specialist license.

I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl and used to play school with my younger brother and sister. My grandmother told me when I was young that the greatest gift you could ever give a child was to teach them how to read. This statement stuck with me and helped foster my growing desire to become a teacher. I started my teaching career as a second grade teacher in Ridgefield in 2016 before joining Wilson School this year. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling and learning about different cultures, reading new books, and learning new skills or trying new hobbies!
