Refund Policy
Enrollment cancellations requested prior to June 1 will receive a refund via check, minus the non-refundable deposit and non-refundable program fee. Request must be made in writing before June 1. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AFTER JUNE 1 WILL NOT BE GRANTED, except for medical emergency*.
Refunds will not be issued for missed days for any reason.

What COVID protocols will be in place for camp?
Per state guidelines, every teacher and student will be required to wear a mask in the building. Each day at check-in, parents will affirm that their child has not displayed any symptoms or been exposed to someone who has. We will also limit the amount of students in each class to 50% occupancy.

How does my child pick their classes for the Summer Enrichment Camp?
A link will be sent to each camper in May to select their classes in the order they registered. Once a class reaches capacity it will be closed.

What is the difference between the Enrichment Camp and Young Explorers Program?
Although both run adjacent to each other, the Young Explorers Program is for students entering 2nd and 3rd grades. These students will not choose their classes as in the Enrichment Camp but will, "Explore" the five domains of the Enrichment camp each day within their own cohort.

How can I register my incoming Kindergarten student without a student ID number?
- Create an account with My School Bucks or log into your existing account.
- In the top right click on your account and "My Students"
- In the My Students page, click "Add Student"
- For school, select "Summer Enrichment Program"
- Enter your student's name and student ID (You can choose any four or five digit student ID you want) we recommend the last four of their SSN

Where is camp located?
The Main camp and Young Explorers will be held indoors at James Caldwell High School (265 Westville Avenue).
The location for our Kindergarten camp (grades K-1) is TBD.

Can I sign my child up for individual weeks?
The only program with individual weeks available is the Kindergarden Camp which offers four themes which are independent of each other.
Our Enrichment Camp and Young Explorers program are four weeks with projects and rehearsals that extend throughout the duration.

Is food provided at camp?
Food is not provided but students will be given twenty minutes each day for snack. Parents are encouraged to send their student with a peanut free snack and water each day.

Who will be teaching my child?
Our instructional staff are all certified teachers that have been working in their field for more than ten years.

What happened to the Science Explorations & Adventure Camp?
Rather than asking campers to choose between an Art or Science camp, we have merged everything into one. When registering for our Summer Enrichment Camp, students can select Science, Art or BOTH! We've also added Sports/Games and more instrumental classes.
