Elizabeth Fisher, Director of Secondary Education
Ms. Fisher is excited and honored to join the District Administration as Director of Secondary Education. Ms. Fisher joined the Caldwell-West Caldwell District in 2018 and served as a Vice Principal at James Caldwell High School for the past two years. Before coming to Caldwell-West Caldwell, Ms. Fisher spent the previous ten years at Morris Knolls High School where she taught social studies and coached the girls field hockey and lacrosse teams. While at Morris Knolls, she began the instructional coaching program, which focused on offering job-embedded, one-on-one and small group professional development to provide support and reinforce effective instructional practices. Ms. Fisher received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership: Instruction from The College of New Jersey and a second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership: Administration from Montclair State University. Outside of school, Ms. Fisher enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf and traveling around the world! Ms. Fisher is looking forward to working with the staff, students and community of the Caldwell-West Caldwell School District.
