About Mr. Lincoln

  •  Frank Lincoln

Mr. Lincoln began his career as an educator in 2011, teaching English at James Caldwell High School (JCHS). During his time at JCHS, he taught English 9, 10, 11, and Banned Books. Mr. Lincoln was also a co-creator of the Honors Seminar, a skill-driven humanities course designed to challenge freshman students and prepare them for the rigors of the honors and AP courses they would take later in their academic careers. As a teacher of English, Mr. Lincoln focused on delivering instruction that pushed his students to develop as readers and writers while fostering a love of learning and literature. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Lincoln coached freshman and varsity football as well as the throwing events for the track and field team.

Mr. Lincoln made the jump from classroom teacher to administrator in June of 2020, and served as vice principal at JCHS for a year and a half before being appointed as Principal at Wilson School. Mr. Lincoln values the time he spent working with and learning from the administrative team at JCHS. As a vice principal, Mr. Lincoln supervised the English, social studies, and arts departments, and he served as the school testing coordinator for state testing.

Prior to becoming an educator, Mr. Lincoln graduated from James Caldwell High School in 2003, where he was a member of the football, swimming, and track & field teams. Mr. Lincoln went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in English from Penn State University, and he did his graduate work at Montclair State University, earning masters’ degrees in teaching English and educational leadership.

Mr. Lincoln enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also loves reading, skiing, golfing, and watching the Penn State and New York Giants football teams.

Most importantly, Mr. Lincoln is thrilled to be a part of the Wilson School Community!
