      Make Your Own Dot:

       

      Think of something nice or encouraging someone has said to you. Decorate your own “dot” and then write those encouraging words next to your dot. Here are some examples:

       

                          

       

      Self Esteem Mirror

        •  Write or draw 5 or more things you love about yourself! When completed, this can be hung up at home as a daily reminder.

      Positive Affirmations

       

      • What is a Positive Affirmation: positive phrases or statements used to challenge unhelpful thoughts. You may choose to use positive affirmations to motivate yourself, encourage positive changes, or boost your self-esteem.

         

        • Here is a list of positive affirmations that you can read throughout the day. A nice reminder of how awesome we are!
