       Who is the author?

      What credentials are listed for the author?

      Is contact address provided?

      Who is sponsoring?

      Is information copyrighted?

 

ACCURACY

      Is information accurate and unbiased?

      Is the information well researched and documented?

      Are opinions clearly identified as such?

 

CURRENCY

      When was web site published?

      Is it updated?

 

LINKS

      Are there dead links?

      Do the links compliment the site?

 

TECHNICAL QUALITY

      Is there a charge to use the site?

      Is the site interactive?

      Is it easy to navigate?

      Is it well organized?

      Does it take a long time to load?

      Would you want to visit more than once?
