What:      6th Annual GCMS 3-on-3 Basketball Tourney

Who:        Open to All GCMS Students

Three Divisions: 6^th, 7^th, & 8^th Grades

Teams of 5 students

Where:    GCMS gym                                              

When:      November 11^th (8^th), 13^th (7^th), 18^th (6^th)

After school (3:15 – 4:30)

Why:        It’s fun!  Get into the school spirit!

                Cheer on your classmates if you don’t play!

Read the following registration eligibility requirements:

1)               Students can only register and play for one team.

2)               Team representative must attend meeting on Wednesday, November 5^th  in Mr. Saito’s room 304.

3)               Teams must have 5 players (at least 1 girl)

Write clearly, or this form will be rejected!!!
