Construct a Circle Graph:     How do you spend your typical school day?

Hint:  Round to the nearest whole in the chart below.

Make a circle graph using Excel:

1.               On the spreadsheet, type in column A, each category.

2.               In column B, type in the frequency for each category.

3.               Highlight all of the cells you used.

4.               Click the ChartWizard icon near the top of the page.

5.               Click on “Pie” chart.  Click next.

6.               For step 2, click next again.

7.               For step 3, type in a title for your graph.  Then, choose the appearance of your “Data Label” and “Legend” (see the tabs).  Click next.

8.               For step 4, choose “as new sheet”.  Click finish.

9.               Right-click on any part to customize.

10.         “Save as”...name file, save on disk.
