The purpose of this sheet is to evaluate the condition of the textbook to which you are assigned.  Please examine your textbook very carefully and write below any markings or defects found in your book.  At the end of the year, this sheet will be used to evaluate the condition of your book.  You will be held responsible for any defects not listed on this sheet.  For example, record things like loose bindings, torn or bent pages, marker/pen marks, bent corners, and overall condition of the book.
