Phys. Ed. Boot Camp is lead by a "close friend" of Mr. G's, Sergeant Fitzgerald Head. Or, Sgt. Fizz-Head to his friends. Phys. Ed. Boot Camp focuses on strengthening individual muscle groups through basic movements; sit ups, pushups, squat walks, etc.

Sgt. Fizz-Head Bio

Sgt. Head has served in the Army for 11 years. He grew up with Mr. G in their hometown of Westfield NJ. Even though they are close friends, Sgt. Head does not necessarily agree with all of Mr. G's teaching practices. He feels that "rubber critters" and "SUV type scooters" have no place in Physical Education, and that PE should focus on improving the physical and mental state of children and in no way include any amount of fun.
