Game Show Fitness is an activity where the students are contestants on a PE game show. It is based on the television show Let's Make a Deal. At the beginning of class students are given a sealed envelope that contains a specific exercise. One at a time the students are brought up on stage and asked whether they would like to keep their envelope or trade it for what lies underneath a multitude of boxes or other envelopes. Whatever the student chooses the entire class must participate in that exercise.
