Scholastic Book Orders  

If you would like to place an order:

1.  Check the books you would like to purchase on the order form

2.  Put your child's name on the order form

3.  Enclose a check, NOT CASH, to cover the exact amount of your order

4.  Make checks payable to :  Scholastic book Club

5.  Return order form and money by Monday, September 29th
