    a. label continents and oceans - Physical - do not color

    b. color key - identify 4 culture regions - Political

            -color each region's countries in a different color, e.g. all  of East Asian countries  are one color, etc.) 

            -label only the culture region in the color key (do not label country names)

            -do not color water bodies
