Class Expectations

Miss Borowski's students are expected to not only follow the "Big Five" rules listed in their student handbook, but to also accept the challenge to become the best they can be. 

 

 

Rules to help you succeed in room 310

  Always give 100%.

  Be respectful to yourself and others.

  Find ways to participate in the classroom and the school community.

 

   In addition, all sixth grade students are required to follow the rules established by the sixth grade team. 

 

Miss Borowski & Mrs. Chomko's Homework Policy

All homework assignments (with the exception of major projects) are based on a 3-point scale.

Work turned in the day it is due will receive 3 points.

Work turned in one day late will receive 2 points.

Work turned in two days late will receive 1 point.

Work that is late three days or more will not receive any points but must still be completed. 

 

6th Grade Class Rules

Listen quietly when others are speaking.

Keep hands, feet, and unkind words to yourself.

No food, gum, or candy during class.

Arrive to class prepared and on time.

Respect the classroom environment.

Consequences

1st Offense:  Verbal Warning

2nd Offense:  Appropriate Consequence or Teacher Detention

3rd Offense:  Office Referral
