Educational Background

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Special Education. 

I have a Teacher of the Handicapped certificate and an elementary K-5 teaching certificate. 

I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Special Education. 

Teaching Experience

Prior to teaching at GCMS, I worked as a special education teacher in the South Orange-Maplewood School District. 

I team teach with Mrs. Giangrasso for science and Mrs. Spina for social studies.

I have taken workshops in Alternate Proficiency Assessment, Differentiated Instruction, Smart Board Usage, Web Page Design, Poetry Prompts, and Rubric Design.

Fun Facts

My birthday is December 8th.

My favorite colors are purple, pink, and black.

I love to exercise, shop, and spend time with my family and friends.

I also enjoy listening to music and playing video games in my spare time. 

My favorite group is Rush.  I think their lyrics and music are amazing.

I'm an expert at Mario Party.  Princess Daisy is my favorite character!
