The CWC School District adopted a revised Harassment, Intimidation & Bullying Policy on August 23, 2011. The district bullying coordinator is Patrick Higgins, Supervisor of Instructional Services, located at Harrison School, Gray Street, West Caldwell (phiggins@cwcboe.org or 973-226-7120).
