______________________________________________________________________________________ NJ Department of Education Essex County Office Mark Lanzi Essex County Supervisor of Child Study Phone: (973) 395-4677 Fax: (973) 395-4692 _________________________________________________________________________________ CHILD FIND In accordance with federal regulations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and New Jersey Administrative Code 6A:14-3.3 the Caldwell-West Caldwell Public School District, through its Child Find initiative, seeks to locate students ages 3 to 21, including students attending non-public schools, who live within the Caldwell-West-Caldwell Public School District, who may be disabled or who may be experiencing physical, sensory, emotional, communication, cognitive, or social difficulties for referral to the district Child Study Team. Information regarding programs and services may be obtained by contacting the Caldwell-West Caldwell Department of Special Education at 973-228-5291 ext. 3017.
